We devote time and careful consideration to matching up our carers and clients.  These relationships which are based on mutual respect and kindness are at the core of everything we stand for.  The success of these relationships matters to us more than anything else. We have huge satisfaction in knowing that many such relationships develop into true friendship.

Live-in care from Heartfelt Home Care

Taking on a live-in carer...

A live-in carer is there to help you throughout your day, to provide company and conversation if you want it, to give you space and privacy when you need it.

It is the job of a live-in carer to help you with the things which are no longer as easy for you as they were and to do so with respect for you, your home, pets, family and way of life.

The live-in carers that we introduce are committed to their work and want to do their best for you.  It will always bring out the best in them if they are welcomed and respected.

Having a live-in carer can be a wonderful and enriching experience.  It is easier to achieve this if there is mutual support and appreciation.  For this reason we work hard to match people carefully. Many carers end up developing good lasting friendships with clients and their families, sometimes staying in touch long after their role as carer has come to an end.

Heartfelt Home Care Agency Fee

We are an introductory agency and we charge a fee for our services which cover:

  • Evaluating your needs

  • Identifying and assessing suitable carers for you

  • Checking the identity and information provided by carers, including visual checks of: references, passports to confirm identity and right to live and work in the UK, stated qualifications and training certificates where available, enhanced DBS checks

  • Introducing carers who we assess to be suitably qualified and experienced and who meet your preferences and needs

  • Maintaining an on-going relationship with you to ensure that you remain satisfied with the carer’s services

  • Introducing additional carers if additional or replacement carers are required

Transparency

We believe it is important for clients to understand what they are paying for and where their money is going.  We are therefore entirely transparent about our charges.

We charge a initial registration fee followed by an agency for the above services.  For more details please call us.

Carer Fees

The fees paid to carers can be recommended by us for guidance purposes only,  but ultimately agreed between you and the carers, and paid directly by you to the carers.

As an introduction agency our carers are self-employed and responsible for invoicing their client directly.
